I was looking for the Twitter feed but couldn't find it. Really wanted to see this and wondered if it was SE Ellis off 92nd Avenue where they are changing it to one lane but allowing traffic to flow in both directions without the space to do so. Plus the Tri-Met bus goes down that street with leave absolutely no room for even a bicyclist.
Believe there are multiple streets done in this manner... but yes, that is what the video is of...
