Many people in the center of the first section of tolling are not aware or don't have a clear picture of this unfair, and wasteful program. From close to the Columbia River south to Charboneau ( below Wilsonville)
BOTH I - 5 and I - 205 . I think TOLL AWARENESS is very low in other areas in the state. Although tolls are coming to their communities also. Almost every product & service you buy will be affected by the business paying to use our FREEways.
