plate picture will incur a billing fee. Maybe, almost two bucks. Probably per day, not once a month. Then send your check to an Insecure program. Or get cash, go to the supermarket, buy a moneyorder ( pay that charge ) process that and mail it. Stamps will not be free and might not be on your desk at home.
Why do we have to prepay tolls anyway??? I don't prepay my food, drive through coffee, gas, or any consumer product.
Remember, ODOT wastes 30 to 60 percent of our tolls just collecting it. 60% is NOT a guaranteed maximum!! Our neighbors in Washington have individual tolls that waste a lot more.
This is for a freeway we already paid for and the entire state, country, and Canada and Mexico depend on.
Sue ODOT for monitoring services for each person that was robbed of their PPI. If the government isn't going to listen to the voters, remove the governor.
